I have made a booking for the Gryphon Gallery for Tuesday 14th August.
- Event time 6-8:30pm
- Access time 5-9pm
- There is no room fee as event is free

A building supervisor is required for after hours (after 6:30pm) access
at $50+GST per hour, ie for 2½ hours the cost is $137.50. It would be
good to find a way to minimise or avoid this fee. - Specified no equipment besides a whiteboard; should be able to borrow a data projector if required.
- Configuration style:I have requested a ‘herringbone’ room arrangement with 8 tables of up to 6 people.
- Specified no food or drink. Outside catering is allowed but alcohol can only be provided by Chef's Table.
