I still like the idea of having different tables dealing with different themes. Not sure what the best way of assigning people to tables though; should we ask them to choose a theme when they arrive and sit accordingly? Just assign them? Allow people to move around when the workshopping part of the event comes up?

- What are the impediments to the achievement of those goals?
- How can we stakeholders work to overcome those impediments?
